Use case
IllustrativePlain-language explanation letters for benefit screening
A Lahore social-protection desk issues explanation letters when an eligibility model requests extra documents.
This fictional public-services case replaces a silent “incomplete” status with a letter that names the rule triggered, the document needed and a 14-day human review. The model cannot close a file without the letter being generated.
The intervention is accountability paperwork, designed so applicants who do not read English receive an Urdu version by default.
