IllustrativeTele-triage consent scripts for mountain clinics
A Nepal pilot rewrites voice-bot consent so patients know a recording may leave the district.
An illustrative tele-triage voice bot served clinics above the Kathmandu Valley. Patients were not told that recordings were transcribed in a third-country queue. The redesigned script states destination, retention and a human nurse alternative before any recording starts.
The case is small on purpose: consent and data localisation are the responsible-AI intervention, not a new diagnostic model.
