About this dataset
A small synthetic table used to demonstrate how a health use case can publish an audit file without exposing patient identities. Rows are clinic-week aggregates.
Method notes
Fictional aggregates were generated from a published schema: clinic id, week, settlement type, median predicted wait, median observed wait, and a simple disparity ratio. No individual records are included. Researchers should treat every cell as illustrative.
